Find out why nothing you try ever works and discover how to stop overeating for good and feel in control around food - to eat just the way you want to. Join Beyond Chocolate founders and authors, Sophie & Audrey Boss for a powerful, life changing day. Throughout the day, Sophie and Audrey will be supporting you to explore your overeating patterns from every conceivable angle with the usual "hands-on" Beyond Chocolate approach - which means you experience everything first hand.

At the end of the day, you will have
- An understanding of the function that overeating plays in your life and how to start making changes
- An array of strategies and tools to put into action to manage overeating
- Answers to your questions about overeating: how to make sure Beyond Chocolate fits into your life and not the other way round
- Ideas on how to support yourself through making those changes
- Access to a community of women who are also taking control of their overeating, who speak the same language and where it's OK to talk about anything
What topics are covered?
Before we start looking at how to stop overeating, we'll be looking at what it is. Overeating is an all-encompassing term which describes a myriad of different experiences. We'll be asking you to think about what the term 'overeating' means to you and WHY you overeat. We all know that overeating is not usually about the food.
It's about emotions and habits, situations and beliefs and much, much more. We don't overeat because we're greedy or lazy or weak or useless, we overeat because it helps us, because it's what we know, because it is the way we deal with lots of things (or don't deal with lots of things), we overeat because it works! Once we really know why we do it, not just why we think we do it, or why we tell ourselves we do it, then we are one step closer to knowing how to stop!
We'll then be guiding you to discover HOW you overeat. We all have our own very particular ways of overeating, and recognising and becoming familiar with exactly how we overeat provides crucial information which we can use to stop doing it.
Then we'll be showing you how identifying WHAT you overeat, and discovering how to have a guilt-free relationship with all foods will transform the way you eat completely.
We'll be giving you time and providing opportunities for you to play (yes play, really) with the idea of not overeating. To imagine what it would be like, and then to deal with all the resistance, rebellion, fears and justifications that come up whenever we contemplate changing behaviours of a life-time.
We'll encourage you to look at all the reasons why shouldn't stop overeating and how to manage when it feels like you just can't and you're fighting a losing battle.
At every step of the weekend, we'll be ensuring that you are making choices that work for you. We won't be pushing or hounding you into committing to make changes. We know that real, lasting change only comes when you decide you are ready for it.
Finally, we will be giving you loads of tools and strategies to take ACTION once you leave the workshop and go back to 'real life'. We know that after awareness, action is the only way to actually change behaviour.
