Helen is our Admin Fairy. She makes sure that all our finances are in order and up to date and keeps it all tidy. She's incredibly organised, meticulous and we'd be lost without her. Helen isn't just a number cruncher, she's a whizz at knitting and a dab hand at gardening. When she's not busy being a Fairy she is a Phoenix Trader and keeps us stocked with beautiful cards and wrapping paper. Visit the Phoenix website for more information.

Laura joined our community in 2009 and today says she feels far more relaxed about her body, enjoys food without guilt and genuinely feels like a much nicer, kinder and more balanced person. Laura is super busy doting on her granddaughter, knitting and supporting a team of social workers and yet still finds the time to be one of the community's most active member. We couldn't have hoped for a more generous and supportive Facebook Fairy.

Abbi 's creative skills range from sous chefing at Beyond Chocolate retreats where she helps Audrey out in kitchen to writing and directing Beyond Temptation: the Overeating Dialogues, the theatre show we put on for the launch of our new book. Abbi's wicked sense of humour, passion for the Beyond Chocolate cause and tireless imagination make it a real pleasure to work with her. We laugh a lot and get stuff done. What more could you wish for in a Chocolate Fairy?

After half a life-time of yo-yo dieting, Gretel found Beyond Chocolate by chance and says she has never been more grateful. She decided to train as a Fairy to learn more about herself and to help other women to get off the dieting treadmill. Gretel runs workshops in the Norwich area as well as being a regular contributor to the Beyond Chocolate blog, when she's not busy strudying Ancient History and Mythology.

Sheila decided to train as a Chocolate Fairy after years of leading a stressed-out life, believing the best way to ‘talk the talk’ was to ‘walk the walk’. Today she says she is much more in balance and happier and she loves sharing that experience with other women at her workshops in Sheffield and York. She is a very busy Fairy: Sheila is a barrista, a reflexologist at a cancer centre and a distributor of Aloe Vera and Bee pollen products.

Suze came on a Beyond Chocolate workshop and was so inspired she decided to train as a Chocolate Fairy and never looked back. Sarah first came on a workshop in 2005 and has since transformed her relationship with food. She trained as one of our first Chocolate Fairies and has loved passing the message on to hundreds of women since. Sarah’s workshops take place at her London home where she creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere enhanced with home-made food. Sarah’s work with Beyond Chocolate has inspired her to train as a Humanistic Psychotherapist. www.northlondontherapist.co.uk.

Wendy came to Beyond Chocolate after years of yo-yoing between guilty binges and deprivation and always ending up back at square one. Now that she is no longer obsessed by food and eats what she wants, Wendy provides a supportive alternative to the slimming clubs with her workshops in the East Midlands. When she gets time off from being an HR business partner, you'll find her travelling the world, drinking crisp champagne and eating at fabulous restaurants.

Ella loves the way Beyond Chocolate has so much to offer all women. She struggled for years and now has a much easier, less painful relationship with food and her body, and that's why she wanted to be a Chocolate Fairy. She’s passionate about spreading the word, supporting other women who have had enough of battling with food and their bodies. When she’s not running workshops in Lewes, Ella is a reflexologist and meerkat feeder (!!)
